Tom Cruise has spent a lot of time helping people with improving reading,doing a detox program (he donated a lot of time and money to help NY firefighters after 9/11 - how much has Brooke Shields done?)
Plus he's been an advocate for people to get off drugs. I think if more celebrities spent more time standing up to the Prozac crowd more public awareness would be on the fact that the drug companies are making billions and people are dying from these drugs.
Tom Cruise is if anything, straight forward. In my opinion, it's better to be straight forward than say what people want to hear.
