Born in Buffalo, New York of Italian heritage, she had cosmetic surgery on her nose and chin at age 17, as a graduation gift from her parents.Keri Sable interview and biography at lukeisback.com After graduating, Sable entered the pornographic film industry in 2004 after moving to Los Angeles. Keri moved around the country quite a bit throughout her life prior to her adult film career. She's lived in Phoenix, Arizona, Chicago, Illinois and San Diego, California.She signed with ''Exotic Star Models'', and continued to be represented by them after signing with Wicked Pictures, albeit for only print work.

Sable was delighted to be working for Wicked as she enjoyed the quality of their movies, noting that the first porn film she had ever seen was ''The Wicked One'' with Jenna Jameson. Her first role for Wicked was in ''Sold'', where she worked with director Brad Armstrong and 2005 AVN Best Actress Jessica Drake.
As well as performing in movies, Sable plans to design her own series of exotic novelty items under the Wicked Toys line. Keri Sable abruptly retired from the adult business at the end of 2005 without fulfilling her contractual obligations to Wicked. It has been reported that she had originally planned to move to the east coast to continue her education.
