He is 6 ft 4 in (1.93 m) and he weighs 214 lb (97 kg). One of the most accurate 3-point shooters in Europe, often maintaining season accuracy percentages around 50%.He holds the second record of all time in consecutive successful free throws, scoring 94 before missing on the November 26th 2003 game against Alba Berlin for the Euroleague.
During the Eurobasket 2003, which he conquered with Lithuania, he was top scorer of his team.
He played in the 2004-2005 Euroleague final of the Moscow Final Four, after qualifying over CSKA Moscow in the semi final.
He signed a four-year contract worth 9 million Euros with Olympiacos on July 20, 2006 and became the most expensive basketball player in Europe at the present time.
