Just when you thought Mariah Carey slumbered on a flock of butterflies every night comes the slightly less weird news that she sleeps in a sauna on a bed comprised of towels.
The singer says she keeps her sleeping quarters like a steam room in order to keep her vocal chords at their most hydrated.
