Brokeback Mountain opera to debut in 2013
The New York City Opera commissioned Charles Wuorinen to compose a show based on the 1997 Brokeback Mountain short story — which was turned into the 2005 Oscar-winning movie starring Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal.
