Greenbelt singles try speed-dating in a tent
Wow. Speed-dating is everywhere. Now the UK’s largest Christian internet dating agency, Christian Connection, is organizing more speed-dating events. The Church Times reports that 150 people have registered so far with an equal male-to-female ratio.
But they’re not virgins at all this and not everyone thinks it’s innocent! Founder of Christian Connection Jackie Elton has organized these events before and says, “When we announced the first one, we had some criticism: people saying that this was not what Christians should be doing.”
