Nick and Jessica Honeymooning?
The original plan was to take Jessica and all of her Louis Vuitton luggage to Paris, but thanks to Joe Simpson’s meddling ways Nick had to come up with a Plan B.
Nick wanted a real honeymoon as a couple, without Joe Simpson and the cameras — and it couldn’t have come at a more crucial time. The marriage already looked like it was showing signs of stress in October, when Nick attended a bachelor party with nude porn stars. More recently, the couple has been living apart while Jessica films The Dukes of Hazzard movie in Louisiana and Nick remains home in Calabasas, Calif.
So after the Paris plan fell to pieces, Nick took matters into his own hands, secretly booking an exclusive villa at Hawaii’s Fairmont Kea Lani Maui, where the best ones cost $3,300 a night. It’s the same luxe resort where Britney and Kevin frolicked this summer, and Hawaii has romantic significance for Nick and Jessica: Nick proposed to Jessica on a yacht off the islands.
