Browse for lovelies in your area (US only), view their photos / bio and invite them to be your lover. For this privilege you’ll pay $12.95 per month.
It’s not the first mobile dating site (Match.com did this in 03′) but don’t be surprised if you hear a lot more about this kinda stuff. There are 2 billion cell phones in the world compared to 700 million personal computers.
