Zellwegger/Chesney Annulment: What the…?
Let me get this straight. Renee Zellwegger alleges Kenny Chesney fraudulently obtained her consent to marry? Isn’t that a shotgun offense where Zellwegger’s from?
Kenny should be glad he’s only facing an embarrassing legal affair. Why, when Cousin Trina told Uncle Deke her boyfriend Donny “Taterface” Clayton tricked her into eloping, Deke didn’t rest until he’d discovered that rascal’s hideout in Elton Randall’s hay barn and filled his backside with lead. I expect Renee’s daddy is feeling about the same as Uncle Deke right now.
Course, on the other hand, maybe Renee wasn’t really tricked at all. Maybe she just couldn’t see well enough through those sheepdog eyes of hers to notice how light in the loafers Kenny is. I mean, c’mon: a cowboy barefoot on the beach?!
No matter what happened, this annulment should prove the best entertainment to come out of Hollywood in years. Stay tuned.

I don’t know about Kenny walking barefoot on the beach, but I did notice he wore his cowboy hat. That’s a little like Tiger Woods showing up at his wedding with the Nike logo on his tux. I personally think Kenny Chesney is a great singer and Renee Zellweger a great actress. I just think their romantic values need progress past high school.
