The Wedding: It’s a Cakewalk
I’ve always thought if you can survive the wedding, marriage itself is a cakewalk. Then again, the most stressful wedding moment I’ve ever faced is trying to find a tiny bucktoothed groom to adorn my cousin’s cake.
The BRIDES magazine and Martini & Rossi Asti Cakewalk event Tuesday, May 24, through Thursday, May 26, combines two of the things I love best in life: fancy cakes and liquor. Plenty of liquor.
Aside from the fact you’ll be able to learn all about the latest trends in “artistic confections,” Martini & Rossi Asti will be offering FREE samples of their sparkling wine plus a slew of cocktail recipes so you can ensure your wedding guests — not to mention the happy couple — can get plenty liquored up during the festivities.
